Nigeria’s Crude Oil Reserve dipped, Not Unexpected

The Department of  Petroleum Resources declared that  the country’s crude oil reserve have dipped from 39 billion barrels to 32 billion may afterall not have come as a thing of surprise to operators of the industry.
