Petrobras has begun refining ‘Pre-Salt’ Crude
Brazilian state-controlled energy giant Petrobras declared that it has begun refining the first oil extracted from the ultra-deep Tupi field, one of the massive, “pre-salt” discoveries in the Santos Basin.
