New Range Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RGE) released the company’s unaudited interim financial statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009.

The press release is quoted as saying:

New Range is a Calgary based emerging oil and natural gas company, engaged in the exploration, development, acquisition and production of natural gas and medium to light gravity crude oil reserves in Alberta.
