Argosy Energy & Radius Resources agreement
ARGOSY ENERGY INC. (TSX:GSY) and Radius Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RAX) jointly reported today that they have entered into a letter agreement to complete a business combination in conjunction with or as part of a restructuring process to be undertaken by Radius.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Argosy is a junior oil and gas company focused on the exploration for and development of oil and natural gas in western Canada.Radius is a junior oil and gas company engaged in the exploration for, and development and production of, crude oil and natural gas focusing in the Peace River Arch region of central Alberta. Radius’s shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “RAX”.
