NAL Oil & Gas Trust Closes Convertible Debenture Offering

NAL Oil & Gas Trust (TSX:NAE.UN) today reported that the company has completed its previously announced bought deal offering of 6.25% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures at a price of $1,000 per debenture for aggregate gross proceeds of $115,000,000, which included the exercise, in full, of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters under the offering.

NAL Oil & Gas Trust (TSX:NAE.UN) has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets to sell to the public, on a bought deal basis, $100 million principal amount of 6.25% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures.
